CHI OMEGA: the country's largest women's fraternity - Arkansas Democrat Gazette

Our Story

It all began on April 5, 1895, here at the University of Arkansas. Four young women, with the help of a local dentist, established the secrets and symbolism that today bind over 450,000 women.

Our Home

The historical status of the property, both as Chi Omega’s founding chapter and as a recognized property on the National Register of Historic Places, requires a timeless design that is reflective of the historic quality that this house possesses. In 2016, the Psi house underwent a complete renovation in order to accommodate for its 555 members.
